Our clients primarily reside in the greater Los Angeles area, but Liu Lu Legal is able to offer consultations and disseminate advice virtually. Our firm has primarily grown through word of mouth, referrals and organic growth.

June Liu's practice focuses on business transactions and privacy law. She proactively counsels and works with technology companies, business owners, entrepreneurs, and content creators to navigate and manage their compliance issues, advise on commercial and technology transactions, and assist with vendor management and privacy programs and policies. In addition, she provides counseling on consumer, as well as student and children’s data privacy (SOPIPA, COPPA, FERPA, CCPA) and negotiates a variety of technology contracts and school/university privacy and data sharing agreements for privacy compliance.

June also works hand-in-hand with her clients to help improve internal legal and business processes within the organization as she advises clients on privacy and data management, contract management, creating and updating legal templates to include contractual obligations required by privacy laws, and ongoing matters such as product development, sales/services agreements, and website policies.
