Welcome! This website, www.liululegal.com, (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Liu Lu Legal, LLP (“LiuLuLegal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, visiting, browsing, using, or attempting to interact with or use any part of the Site and its various web pages or contents, you acknowledge that you have read and you understand these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and agree to be bound by them. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference to these Terms before using the Site as it contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LiuLuLegal and govern your use of the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, please do not access or use any part of the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time, to change or update these Terms by posting the changed or updated Terms on the Site with a new “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms (“Updated Terms”).  By using and accessing this Site after we have posted the Updated Terms, you are agreeing to all the Updated Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Updated Terms, you must stop using the Site. Additionally, we may change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Site, at any time, without notice.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Limited License. This Site and its elements, source code, software, information, images, and other content on or that comprise the Site and the "look and feel" of the Site (collectively, the "Marks") are owned, controlled or licensed by LiuLuLegal and are protected from unauthorized use, copying, and dissemination. LiuLuLegal grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable license to view the Marks.
 

Prohibitive Uses. Governing Law and Venue. You and LiuLiuLegal agree that any and all disputes or claims between us arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Site or its Content or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.  
 

Miscellaneous. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms without notice to you. Our failure to exercise any right provided for under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. In the event any term or provision contained in these Terms is determined to be unenforceable in any respect for any reason, such term or provision will be modified to the least extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining portions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
